Danish firm Kovsted & Skovgård joins TGS Global network

Kovsted & Skovgård has joined the TGS Global network. With offices in Aarhus, Ebeltoft and Rønde, the firm was founded in 1981 and has since grown by merger and by recent acquisitions in both 2013 and 2016. With 12 partners and more than 50 employees, Kovsted & Skovgård offers a complete range of audit, accountancy, tax and business advisory services to SMEs across multiple sectors. The firm is a member of FSR , the Danish Institute of State Authorised Public Accountants.

“Joining TGS Global marks an important step in the history of Kovsted & Skovgård”, says partner and state authorised public accountant René Ferrer Ruiz. “Our clients are increasingly looking for cross-border advice, not only regionally but outside Europe as well. We felt that is was necessary for Kovsted & Skovgård to join an international network in order to have business partners outside of Denmark if we want to continued the development and grown of the company. We  needed to find an international network whose members also share our business profile, values  and ambitions. In that respect, we believe that TGS Global is an excellent match for us.”

Richard Keyes, CEO of TGS Global adds: “We are very fortunate to add Kovsted & Skovgård as members of the network. They have a very strong reputation locally and their track record of judicious growth marks them out as a firm with great potential. We are greatly looking forward to working with them.”
