Early Bird conference registration

Register for our conference in Dubai before the 15th September and benefit from a 200€ reduction for your first two delegates and a 500€ reduction for your third, fourth and fifth delegate

  • 1 500€ for the first two delegates and 1 300€ from the 3rd delegate onwards.
  • Spouse registration: 350€

 

For all conference registrations after the 15th September

  • 1 700€ for the first two delegates and 1 500€ from the 3rd delegate onwards.
  • Spouse registration: 350€

TGS Global have negotiated preferential rates for hotel rooms in the conference hotel, Radisson Blu Dubai Waterfront.

  1. Go to the hotel website
  2. Enter the dates you would like to book and select ‘rate type promotional code’ – Enter TGSGLO, our group rates will appear there
  3. Enter guest details and book

  1. It may be necessary for reasons beyond our reasonable control to alter the advertised content, timing and/or location of the conference or the advertised speakers. We reserve the right to do this at any time.
  2. If you are unable to attend the conference we welcome substitute delegates attending in your place at no extra cost provided that we have at least 3 days prior notice of the name of your proposed substitute and have received payment in full. Please notify us of any substitutions by email at: event@tgs-global.com
  3. No refunds will be given in respect of any cancellations or non-attendance; except in case of force majeure.
